What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve within the West Midlands and surrounding areas. We are Birmingham based and happy to hire to surrounding areas with an added fuel charge.

How do you ensure the safety of your equipment?

All our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and safety-checked before each use, ensuring a safe environment for all. All our castles are Pipa compliant and we also have Hire agreements for customers to agree to. This outlays the rules for the hire. 

Can I customise the theme of the bouncy castle?

We do not currently offer themes for the castles only the colour of the castle itself. We are however looking into personalisation for our equipment upon hiring.
